The Activity Center may be reserved for member-only functions, subject to space availability. The hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, and all activities must conclude by 10:00 p.m. The Club reserves the right to move, cancel, or postpone your event due to internal or external circumstances.  While we strive to avoid cancellations, certain unavoidable situations may arise. In such cases, affected parties will be notified promptly. Additionally, if your group was previously unable to access a room but the schedule has since changed, we will inform you accordingly. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

Setup times may vary based on availability and are subject to change. A setup fee may apply for special requests.

All Food & Beverage Events must be coordinated with the Director of Catering.  A meeting with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Director of Catering will be scheduled for all events held in the Clubhouse and/or all requiring food or beverage services.  Availability requests should be submitted to [email protected] or 239-278-9090 Ext 131.

Room Requests between now and September 30, 2025 are currently being accepted. 

Room Requests for the 2025-2026 season will begin April 1, 2025,  and will not be processed until June 2025.
