The Activity Center and Oasis Multipurpose Room are available for member functions, subject to space availability. Hours of operation are from 8:00am to 10:00pm daily, and all events must conclude by 10:00pm. The Club reserves the right to relocate, cancel, or postpone reservations due to internal or external circumstances. While every effort is made to honor all bookings, unforeseen situations may occasionally require adjustments. In such cases, affected members will be notified promptly. Should availability open due to schedule changes, members who were previously unable to secure space will also be contacted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Setup times may vary based on availability and are subject to change. A setup fee may apply for special requests.
All Food & Beverage or Clubhouse Events must be coordinated with the Director of Catering.
A meeting with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Director of Catering will be scheduled for all events held in the Clubhouse and/or all requiring food or beverage services. Availability requests should be submitted to

Room Requests between now and September 30, 2026 are currently being accepted.
Room Requests for the 2026-2027 season will not be accepted until April 1, 2026.
