Open Houses Sunday’s Only , 1:00pm – 4:00pm

The following guidelines for open houses are:
  •     Only two people plus the realtor are permitted to view property
  •     Must follow protocols for Social Distancing
  •     Seller is responsible for disinfecting the open house
  •     Cleaning hands and wearing a mask are recommended

The Total Master Association Closing Fee is $4550.00 for Heritage Palms properties.  The new Buyer is responsible for the Resale Capital Assessment Fee and Transfer Fee. The Seller is responsible for the Estoppel Fee.

Resale Capital Assessment Fee: $4000.00 
Transfer Fee: $400.00
Estoppel Fee: $150.00
Total Master Dues: $6590.00
The 2020 Total Master Dues for Heritage Palms is $6590.00.  This amount includes the Master Assessment $5347.00, Summit Broadband Cable and Internet $693.00 and Special Assessment (Year 5 of 10) $550.00.

The 2020 Food Minimum is $500.00 and is not prepaid.
