Real Estate

Heritage Palms Golf & Country Club is a gated and bundled golf community where membership and golf privileges are included with every home purchase. Our Community is laid out on over 800 acres featuring two immaculate 18-hole golf courses designed by Azinger & Lewis. Acres of freshwater lakes, lush fairways, and nature preserves surround our homes and facilities. Within this gated community, there are 40 neighborhood associations including Luxury Twin Villas, 2- story Verandas, 4-story Terrace Condominiums, Single-Family Homes and Single-Family Estate Homes. Since all owners are also members, there is an immediate intrinsic sense of camaraderie. By living here, you get to take advantage of all the amenities our Club has to offer.
